Cancelling or rebooking

Up and until 4 weeks before the booking date, cancelling or rebooking your booking with us is without charge. Please contact us for this purpose.
If you wish to cancel between 2 and 4 weeks before reserved time, we will credit 90% of the booking amount. If you wish to cancel between 2 weeks and 2 days before your booked date, we will credit 75% of the booking amount.
If you would like to cancel your booking within 2 days before it starts, we will credit 25% of the total booking amount.

Special requests

If you have special requests that are not readily presented on this website, please make them known when booking once you select your desired dates. If you want to be sure that your needs can be met before you book, please contact us in advance.

Establishment of reservation

Your reservation is effective once you choose desired and available dates through this website, and pay the total amount for your desired booking directly online. If you wish to reserve through other media than this website (e.g. by e-mail), or as long as you have not paid the (entire) amount, your reservation is not final and you run the risk that your desired date(s) will no longer be available. With that, it is wise to book and checkout directly online.

Rates

The minimum stay in the Malt Tower is one night. A different rate may apply during vacation periods and/or on special dates. If applicable, you will see this on this website when selecting respective dates, prior to establishment of reservation.
All prices shown include the applicable VAT rate (9% on overnight stays). The price you pay online when making your reservation is the actual price for lodging and any optional extras chosen on this site. This applies only to products and services offered by Mouttoren Weert itself, not to any arrangements offered in cooperation with third parties in the area.

Damage

The guest shall behave properly and use the B&B accommodation in accordance with the reasonable instructions for use given by the B&B or the owner/manager. The principal guest is legally liable for damage caused by him or his fellow guests to the B&B accommodation or the items therein.
A claim (damage, loss, missing and/or theft) must be reported by the guest immediately to the owner or manager. Repair and or replacement costs must be reimbursed immediately to the manager by the guest.

House Rules

Our B&B can accommodate two adults (over 18 years old). Smoking is not allowed in the room or on the roof terrace. Animals in the room are also not allowed.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, whether of a permanent or temporary nature, the B&B is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend all or part of the agreement without the guest being entitled to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, insurrection, acts of war, strikes, boycotts, disturbances in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore any circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close relatives, etc. under which full or partial fulfillment of the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be required of the B&B.

Liability

The B&B cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies the B&B against claims in this regard. The B&B is not liable for disturbances in and around the accommodation such as failures and breakdowns of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of the B&B not announced or announced in time. The B&B can only be held liable for damages attributable to its gross fault or negligence. The B&B accepts no liability for injury to persons and/or damage, loss or theft of users’ property.

Disclaimer

Subject to the limitations, as set forth in these terms and conditions, we will only be liable for direct damages actually incurred, paid, or suffered by you because of a demonstrable breach of our obligations with respect to our services, up to an amount of the cost of your reservation as stated in the confirmation email (for a single occurrence or for a series of occurrences that are related). With a reservation through Mouttoren Weert, you agree and also agree to the conditions and house rules that apply to the accommodation. All information offered on our website is subject to misprints and typographical errors.
